One export = current snapshot
Your first archive shows who does not follow you back, mutual followers, and other supported lists as Instagram included them at export time. It does not magically reveal years of unfollow history by itself.

Later export + baseline = changes
Upload a newer valid export later and Follinfo can highlight relationship changes between uploads — including who unfollowed you since your previous baseline — when comparison data is available.
Note: Unfollow detection requires at least two valid exports to

Does Follinfo require my Instagram login?
No. Follinfo does not require your Instagram login or password. You connect a username label so your upload can be matched to the right profile, then upload the official export Instagram sends you.
Can one Instagram export tell me who unfollowed me?
Not by itself. One export shows a current relationship snapshot — for example, who does not follow you back at export time. To identify who unfollowed you since an earlier point, upload a later valid export so Follinfo can compare the two archives.
Why do I need another export to detect changes?
A single Instagram export is a snapshot of what Instagram included at that moment. Relationship changes such as unfollows appear only when Follinfo compares a newer export against an earlier baseline upload.
